This is my first time here at the Hancock Plaza location and I enjoyed it so very much. The attendant on duty, Wendy was so friendly and welcoming!! Even though I arrived 5 minutes past 9 pm, last load in at 9 please! I am definitely going to be returning to this location. Thank you for making "doing the laundry" a more enjoyable chore.

Lynette is awesome!! She share with me all the cool in and outs of a using a laundromat. She showed me how to save money!! She is such a sweet and kind person. She had nothing but wonderful things to say about her job and her owner. This is the best experience I have had at any laundromat ever. The laundry lounge is clean and looks brand new. I will be back always. Thank Lynette for an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.

Amazing place! I'm always with my daughter when it's time to wash and this place is so welcoming of children, with toys and books. Restrooms are always spotless, extra plus for me! Always come her and will continue.

Love it!! Nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere! They have tons of larger machines if you have a lot and Wendy was amazing offering up information on their deals and specials! They have multiple folding locations. Their machines take coin or card.

Laundry Lounge is very clean! Machines are also clean and appear well maintained. On site staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I no longer dread laundry day. Best place in the southeast area to do laundry.

Gerri acknowledged us as soon as we walked through the door. Very nice new facility for the community. 8 load washers perfect for sleep number mattress covers. Definitely will become a popular place to hang out and do wash. Thank you for a great experience.

I love the laundry lounge. It is always clean. The ladies that work here are very nice and helpful. The prices are very decent as well.

I wish I could give this location 10 stars! Great place super clean. This is how you redefine washing your clothes. Wow, very impressive. The staff member Ms. Julia was very polite and friendly! Oh yeah, great choice of music too!

This laundry facility is like no other I've ever experienced in all my 48 years. The cleanliness and professionalism of the workers is superb. Curbside assistances and warm welcoming makes it so comfortable to even consider utilizing a laundry facility if you've never had to. Gerri is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about service and does it with a wonderful smile.

I love how there is always someone there when the laundry is open. I've had bad experiences in other states where faulty machines took our $$ but wouldn't work. It's spacious, clean and inviting. It's safe to take your kids. There are benches, chairs, and comfy seats to sit & wait. Would definitely recommend this place.
