This is my first time here at the Hancock Plaza location and I enjoyed it so very much. The attendant on duty, Wendy was so friendly and welcoming!! Even though I arrived 5 minutes past 9 pm, last load in at 9 please! I am definitely going to be returning to this location. Thank you for making "doing the laundry" a more enjoyable chore.

Love it!! Nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere! They have tons of larger machines if you have a lot and Wendy was amazing offering up information on their deals and specials! They have multiple folding locations. Their machines take coin or card.

Laundry Lounge is very clean! Machines are also clean and appear well maintained. On site staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I no longer dread laundry day. Best place in the southeast area to do laundry.

I love how there is always someone there when the laundry is open. I've had bad experiences in other states where faulty machines took our $$ but wouldn't work. It's spacious, clean and inviting. It's safe to take your kids. There are benches, chairs, and comfy seats to sit & wait. Would definitely recommend this place.

This laundry facility is like no other I've ever experienced in all my 48 years. The cleanliness and professionalism of the workers is superb. Curbside assistances and warm welcoming makes it so comfortable to even consider utilizing a laundry facility if you've never had to. Gerri is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about service and does it with a wonderful smile.

I wish I could give this location 10 stars! Great place super clean. This is how you redefine washing your clothes. Wow, very impressive. The staff member Ms. Julia was very polite and friendly! Oh yeah, great choice of music too!
